Delete your KAPRX account

You can request deletion of your KAPRX account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Uninstalling the KAPRX app does not delete your account. Use the request button below so we can identify and process the correct account.
How to request deletion
- Select “Request account deletion” below.
- Send the email from the same email address used for your KAPRX account.
- Include the words “Delete my KAPRX account”. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
If the button does not open your email app, send your request to info@kaprx.com with the subject “KAPRX account deletion request”.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify that you control the account email. After verification, we will delete or anonymise your account profile and other personal information that is no longer required.
Information we may retain
Deleting your account does not require us to erase records that UK law requires us to keep. We may retain limited order, payment, tax, return, fraud-prevention and dispute records for the applicable legal period. We restrict those records to these purposes and delete or anonymise them when retention is no longer required.
