KAPRX LTD
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 October 2026
This policy explains how KAPRX LTD collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the KAPRX mobile app, website, account, checkout, order tracking, returns or customer support services.
1. Who we are
KAPRX LTD is the controller of your personal information. Our company number is 16683702. Our business address is 46 Cloister Gardens, Kingswood, Hull, HU7 3PP, United Kingdom. Contact us at info@kaprx.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use KAPRX, we may collect:
- your name, email address, telephone number and account identifiers;
- billing and delivery addresses;
- order contents, payment status, transaction references, delivery and tracking information;
- return requests, support messages, preferences and marketing choices;
- device, browser, app version, IP address, security, diagnostic and usage information where the app or service provides it; and
- information stored locally on your device that is needed for your basket, sign-in or requested features.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. KAPRX does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to create and operate your account; process payments, orders, delivery, tracking and returns; provide customer support; prevent fraud and protect the service; maintain and improve the app and website; send service messages; provide marketing where you have chosen to receive it; and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Our lawful bases under UK data protection law include performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting KAPRX, and consent where consent is required.
4. Permissions and device access
KAPRX only uses device permissions that are enabled in the version of the app you install and that are needed for a feature you choose to use. Your device settings show the permissions requested by the app and let you withdraw them. If future app features introduce new access, this policy and the app disclosures will be updated before that access is used where required.
5. Sharing your information
We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate KAPRX, including payment processors, website and app hosting providers, couriers, fulfilment suppliers, email or customer-support providers, and security or diagnostic providers. We may also share information with professional advisers, regulators, courts or public authorities where legally required. A fulfilment provider receives only the customer and order information needed to deliver or return the relevant product.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for targeted advertising unless this is clearly disclosed and any legally required choice or consent is provided.
6. International transfers
Some providers or suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK law requires it, we use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard.
7. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Account profile information is normally kept while your account is active. Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, return and dispute records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably needed to establish or defend legal claims. We then delete or anonymise the information.
8. Account deletion
Uninstalling the KAPRX app does not delete your account.
You can request deletion through the account area in the app, through our account deletion page, or by emailing info@kaprx.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will delete or anonymise account data unless we must keep specific records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@kaprx.com to exercise a right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect access to your email account and device.
11. Children
KAPRX is a general shopping service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available at this address with its effective date.
